| Check fireplace for damage or hazards (Fall/Winter) |
| Clean the furnace filter to remove dust build-ups, make it easier to regulate your home’s temperature, and ultimately decrease utility bills |
| Locks check (monthly) |
| Inspect, and possibly change out HVAC filters (monthly) |
| Inspect your fire extinguisher(s) (monthly) |
| Run water and flush toilets in unused spaces (quarterly) |
| Check water softener, add salt in needed (quarterly) |

| Insect inspection and extermination (Summer) |
